As a Dedicated Client Service Partner, you will serve as an extension of the Cigna Account Management team, providing personalized onsite support to a key client, their HR team, and employees. The Dedicated Client Service Partner will work in Orlando, Florida (Onsite – 5 days per week with local travel to client locations as needed)

This position is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives on problem-solving, relationship building, and creating meaningful outcomes for clients and customers.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
