Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including new graduates with recent experience, to join our team on a dedicated account. This role offers weekly home time, daily pay per mile, and newer automatic equipment.

Expect 1,000+ miles per week, $0.90 per mile, and a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days. Stop pay, unload pay per trailer, and a $100 weekly bonus for accident-free deliveries are included.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid Class A CDL
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions within the past 5 years
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years; all criminal history subject to individual safety review
• Cannot have been terminated from most recent employment
• Solid 10-year work history with no major unexplained gaps outside of school or training (no more than 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years)
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair drug screen
• Must reside within 70 miles of Chesapeake, VA

Responsibilities

• 100% touch dry van freight; drivers load boxes from the trailer onto a conveyor belt with rollers for store personnel to offload
• Running lanes cover East and North Central Regional areas
• Dedicated account with weekly home time on weekends
• Mostly Monday–Friday operation with occasional Saturday work
• Orientation held in Chesapeake, VA
