Job Type: Full-time, W-2 Company Driver

Estimated Weekly Pay:~$1,430-$1625/week (+ Quarterly Bonus

Pay & Revenue Details

• Base Mileage Pay:$0.65 CPM
• Weekly Mileage:2,200-2,500 miles ( round trip, 4 times per week)
• Quarterly Bonus:Additional $0.05 CPM on all paid miles upon reaching 27,000 miles in a quarter (~$1,350 extra payout every 3 months)
• Status:W-2 Company position (No Lease Purchase on this lane)

Route & Schedule

• Lane:Dedicated point-to-point round trip between Piedmont, SC and Chillicothe, OH
• Freight:Manufacturing components; pre-loaded with empty return racks or paid backhauls
• Home Time:Home weekly for resets
• The Advantage:Lock in a guaranteed, repeatable routine running the exact same lane 4 days a week while stacking high CPM miles and safety/production bonuses.
