Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated no-touch beer-delivery account across the 48 states. Expect 2–3 weeks out with proportional home time, and miles that keep you consistently busy. Trucks are newer, assigned Condos, with drop-and-hook and live unload as needed.

Starting pay is 0.57–0.67 CPM based on experience, with full benefits after 60 days, including medical, dental, PTO and 401K matching. This is full-time, dedicated work with a major beer distributor.

Qualifications

• Drivers must be 21+ and have 3 full months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• CDL MUST BE FROM YOUR STATE OF CURRENT RESIDENCY
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than one serious moving violation in the last 12 months including 15+, reckless, handheld use
• May have two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years (with exceptions for major violations or accidents)
• May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 in the last three years; cannot have been terminated from last job for any reason.

Responsibilities

• Operate Dedicated Account with no-touch deliveries of beer across the U.S. (all 48 states).
• Run 2500+ miles per week; typical drive pattern 2–3 weeks out with home time proportional to weeks out.
• Truck fleet consists of newer model Condos assigned to you; no slip seating.
• Deliver to company distribution centers and warehouses; restock and handoffs as required.
• Maintain compliance and safety standards to meet DOT and company requirements.
