J Rose Logistics is seeking a CDL-A dedicated regional driver for a 4 round trips weekly lane between Lakewood, NY and Chillicothe, OH. This W-2 Company Driver role offers a stable schedule and a home weekly reset.

Base pay is a competitive CPM with quarterly bonuses; you must have 6 months of verifiable experience, a valid CDL-A, DOT medical card, and a good MVR. Columbus, OH area residents preferred.

Location: Columbus, OH (and surrounding area)

Job Type: Full-time, W-2 Company Driver

Estimated Weekly Pay: ~$1,798/week ($93,500+/year base) + Quarterly Bonus

Pay & Revenue Details

• Base Mileage Pay: $0.70 CPM ($1,798 weekly gross)
• Weekly Mileage: 2,568 miles (Exact 642-mile round trip, 4 times per week)
• Quarterly Bonus: Additional $0.05 CPM on all paid miles upon reaching 27,000 miles in a quarter (~$1,350 extra payout every 3 months)
• Status: W-2 Company position (No Lease Purchase on this lane)

Route & Schedule

• Lane: Dedicated point-to-point round trip between Lakewood, NY and Chillicothe, OH
• Freight: Manufacturing components; pre-loaded with empty return racks or paid backhauls
• Home Time: Home weekly for rest resets
