Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,500 average weekly pay
• Compensation Structure: Earn competitive mileage pay (CPM) plus an additional $220.00 per load for delivery and unload execution.
• Freight Volume: Highly consistent year-round freight, averaging 3 full trailer loads per week.

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home weekly for a full 34-hour reset.
• Delivery Locations: Routes originate at the distribution center in Phoenix, AZ, with regional delivery lanes throughout Arizona, Utah, and select locations in Southern California.
• Predictability: Stable dispatch schedule with an average of 3 structured dispatches every week.

Freight, Equipment & Unloading

• Equipment: Top-of-the-line late-model sleeper tractors equipped with smooth-shifting automatic transmissions, pulling standard 53-foot dry van trailers.
• Unloading Process: Drivers are responsible for unloading full trailer loads at delivery sites. This account utilizes high-efficiency roto carts and hydraulic lift gates - no loose floor-stacking or heavy individual box-throwing required.

Hiring Requirements
