Job summary

CIT Logistics is seeking a dedicated semi-local CDL-A truck driver for a schedule that keeps you home 2-3 days per week. The role features up to $2,500 weekly pay with a range of $1,850-$2,500 and shifts that may vary due to a 24/7 operation.

Loads are pre-loaded on tri-temp reefers, with most store unloads performed by the driver. Routes run from Whitestown, IN and Demotte, IN to downtown Chicago and surrounding suburbs, with a 34-hour restart and overnights from 2100 to noon as current hours.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate a dedicated shuttle account, with shuttle, full loads and deliveries.
• Deliver to stores in Chicago and surrounding suburbs, loading/unloading as required (lift gate/pallet jack).

DEDICATED SEMI-LOCAL CDL-A TRUCK DRIVER - HOME 2-3 DAYS PER WEEK

Up to$2,500 per week pay (Range $1,850-$2,500)

Join our dedicated account running a mix of shuttles, full loads, and deliveriesfrom shuttle points in Whitestown, IN and Demotte, IN. All loads are pre-loaded on tri-temp/dual temp reefers. Most stores are store unload with the driver observing the unload. The inner city stores will require the use of lift gate and pallet jacks. All loads start and final at the West Jefferson, OH with deliveries to downtown Chicago and the surrounding Chicago suburbs. Schedule: 2-3 days home weekly with a 34-hour reset. This account is a 24/7 operation, so shift times may vary. Current hours of operation 2100 - noon (overnights).
