Job summary

J Rose Logistics is seeking active, professional Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional account based out of Ridgefield, WA. This role blends driving with hands-on unloading and offers consistent, year‑round freight with competitive pay and top-tier equipment.

Drivers run regional lanes across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah and Northern California, averaging 2–4 loads per week with a weekly 34‑hour home reset. Take-home truck privileges are available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum of 3 months verifiable solo Class A tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must be able to unload full dry van trailers via a roller system.
• Must meet DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements.
• Must live within 25 miles of Eugene, OR.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers at customer locations using a roller conveyor system.
• Deliver 2–4 loads per week with 3–4 delivery stops per load.
• Operate regional lanes originating in Ridgefield, WA, covering WA/OR/ID/MT/UT/Northern CA.

We areseeking active, professional Class A CDL drivers for a high-paying, dedicated retail account based out of Ridgefield, WA. This specialized position is excellent for drivers who enjoy combining commercial driving with hands‑on work to maximize their earning potential on predictable regional routes.

Run consistent lanes with a premium, stable customer and get home every week for a reliable reset. We treat our drivers with the utmost respect and provide the excellent hourly pay, top‑tier equipment, and ongoing fleet support you need to thrive.

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,960 – $2,480 average weekly pay
• Hourly Pay Structure (Based on Experience):
  • 3 to 48 Months Experience: $29.00 – $30.50 per hour
  • 49 to 200+ Months Experience: $31.00 per hour
• Incentives: Safe & On-Time Performance Bonus available
• Classification: Full-time, W2 position with consistent, year‑round dedicated freight volume

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home weekly for a reliable 34-hour rest reset (Days off vary based on freight demands)
• Shift Types: Position features both day and night shift dispatches
• Seasonal Volatility: Schedule offers consistent, steady routes year‑round. Please note that time off may be compressed during peak holiday seasons due to high consumer demand, while additional time off may be available during lighter freight cycles.
• Volume: Deliver 2 to 4 loads per week, averaging 3 to 4 delivery stops per load.

Freight & Equipment

• Operating Area: Regional lanes originating in Ridgefield, WA, with dedicated deliveries extending across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Northern California.
• Freight Type: Dedicated dry van retail freight. This is an active touch‑freight position requiring drivers to unload trailers using a company‑provided roller conveyor system at customer locations.
• Truck Parking: Take-home truck privileges are permitted. Drivers living more than 50 miles away from the Ridgefield, WA terminal facility must have an authorized, safe, and secure location to park the commercial equipment during home time.

Minimum Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Experience: Minimum of 3 months of verifiable solo Class A CDL tractor‑trailer driving experience
• Physical Stamina: Must be physically willing and capable of unloading full dry van trailers via a roller system
• Safety & Background: Must meet standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements
• Must live within 25 miles of Eugene, OR.
