Job summary

ASB Freight Co. in Marietta, GA is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for dedicated regional routes. You will unload freight using a roller system and enjoy weekly home time with a 34-hour reset, with miles and accessorial pay boosting earnings. 100% touch freight and potential nights, weekends, or holidays are possible.

You will also receive paid orientation, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k), and modern equipment as part of a stable, year-round operation. Sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Ability to perform frequent driver unloads
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Meet applicable DOT qualification requirements

Job description

This opportunity is designed for experienced Class A CDL drivers who don't mind staying active throughout the workday. Drivers unload freight using a roller system and are compensated through a combination of mileage pay and additional accessorial pay.

If you prefer no-touch freight, this position may not be the right fit. If you're looking for consistent work and the opportunity to earn more through unload and backhaul pay, we'd like to hear from you.

Position Details

• Dedicated regional account
• Weekly home time with a 34-hour reset
• Average 1,100–1,300 miles per week
• 100% touch freight
• Driver unload using rollers
• Primarily retail store deliveries
• Freight operates throughout Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Alabama
• Freightliners and Kenworth tractors
• Routes may include nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation

• $0.63 CPM
• Average weekly earnings: Approximately $1,300–$1,600
• Average annual earnings: Approximately $67,000–$83,000
• $240 per fully unloaded trailer
• $50 per backhaul

When mileage pay and eligible accessorial compensation are combined, all-in pay may reach approximately $1.20 per mile, depending on route assignments, unloads, backhauls, and other qualifying pay.

Sign-on bonus available.

Paid Training

Qualified drivers complete one week of paid ride-along training with an experienced driver following orientation.
