Job summary

Schneider National is hiring truck drivers to haul paper products in dry van trailers from the Minneapolis area. This role features 100% no-touch freight and 60% drop-and-hook, with 3–5 loads per week and routes across multiple states. You will be paid mileage plus hourly on-duty time.

New drivers receive guaranteed weekly pay and attractive sign-on bonuses paid over the first year, plus orientation, PTO after 6 months, holiday pay, annual bonus and strong company benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Live within 50 miles of Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

• Haul paper products in dry van trailers (100% no-touch).
• Freight is 60% drop-and-hook; 3–5 loads per week.
• Drive within AR, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TX and WI.
