Job summary

C.R. England is seeking an experienced CDL-A driver for a dedicated Family Dollar lane. This position offers weekly home time with a 34-hour reset and routes averaging 2–3 loads per week across TX and surrounding states.

Expect 2–6 stops per load, with freight unloaded using rollers and tractors equipped with sleepers and 53-ft dry trailers. Compensation includes mileage pay and load pay; breakdown pay is available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months of experience.
• Lane excludes students, grads or trainees.
• Average 2–3 loads per week with 2–6 stops per load.
• Drivers unload freight using rollers.
• Sleeper trucks with automatic transmission, 53-ft dry trailers.
• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset (Sat night to Mon morning).

Responsibilities

• Operate long-haul CDL routes for refrigerated freight.
• Unload freight using rollers when required.
