New drivers start with one week of paid orientation in Birmingham, AL, earning $2,000 during onboarding while you build new skills on a flatbed instructor.

Qualifications

• 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Willing to participate in onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Drive Monday–Friday with Sunday departures for Monday deliveries.
• Be home every weekend, plus 1+ times during the week.
• Complete one week of paid orientation in Birmingham, AL before flatbed training.
