Job summary

Sela Public Charter School (Sela PCS) is seeking an aide to work 1-on-1 with students with disabilities, supporting daily learning in a warm, inclusive setting. This role emphasizes relationship-building and adherence to individualized education plans in a diverse DC environment.

You will implement each student's IEP, create a positive relationship with the student and their family, participate in recess, snack and activities, and respond to feedback in a constructive way to help students reach

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required and experience supervising children.
• Ability to implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Strong relationship-building with students and families.
• Commitment to safety, behavior standards and inclusive learning.

Responsibilities

Compensation

The annual salary for this position is $37,471. Sela PCS offers medical, dental and vision benefitsto dedicated aides.
