Qualifications

• Experience as a Concrete Finisher required.
• Decorative concrete experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with stamped concrete, exposed aggregate, sand matrix, or custom finishes is a plus.
• Strong understanding of concrete placement, finishing techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and follow project plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Pour, place, level, and finish concrete for flatwork and decorative projects.
• Perform decorative finishes (stamped, exposed aggregate, sand matrix, smooth).
• Use hand tools and finishing tools (trowels, floats, edgers, brooms).
• Prepare and finish concrete surfaces per project specs.
• Work with crew to complete projects safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
