Job summary

Neri Building & Development is seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher / Skilled Tradesman to join our construction team in Connecticut. The role focuses on stamped and decorative concrete, flatwork, slabs, and general trades on residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, can read grades and elevations, and is dependable and able to work outdoors. We offer steady work, growth opportunities, and a competitive compensation package based on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven concrete finishing experience
• Strong flatwork/slab experience
• Stamped/decorative concrete experience preferred
• Ability to finish concrete to professional standards
• Knowledge of placement, finishing, curing, and weather considerations
• General construction/trades experience preferred
• Ability to read measurements and understand grades/elevations
• Reliable, outdoors work with physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Place, screed, level, float, edge, and finish concrete
• Perform broom, smooth, and other architectural finishes
• Install stamped/decorative concrete
• Apply release agents, color hardeners, integral colors, and sealers
• Assist with forming and prep for slabs and flatwork
• Establish grades, elevations, slopes, and finished surfaces
• Saw-cut and install concrete joints; perform repairs
