Apply systems thinking, data analysis, and prompt engineering to improve design reviews, capture engineering knowledge, and standardize best practices. Measure results, train users, and continuously refine solutions based on feedback and observed outcomes.Detailed:Support the design engineering team by developing AI-assisted tools, prompts, and workflows that improve design reviews, knowledge sharing, and decision quality. Connect engineering data, domain expertise, and systems thinking to create practical solutions that help teams work more consistently and effectively. Develop and deploy bots, widgets, and guided review tools; evaluate their effectiveness using data-driven methods; and provide training and documentation to encourage adoption. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
