Job summary

HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital is seeking an experienced pharmacist for an evening shift (10-hour shift – 1 PM to 11:30 PM, 7 days on, 7 days off) at our Orange Park campus.

You will fill drug orders, monitor therapies, provide drug information, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with JC standards and regulations while supporting resource management and teamwork with physicians and health care providers.

Qualifications

• BCLS certification within 30 days of start date.
• Pharmacist must hold PharmD or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
• 3–5 years of hospital experience required or residency equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders for drugs, monitor patient drug therapies and provide drug information.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Pharmacist holding a Doctorate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
• 3–5 years of hospital experience required or residency equivalency.
