Job summary

Precinmac in Chicopee, MA is seeking a Deburr Associate to join our precision manufacturing team. You will deburr machined metal parts, finish surfaces, and contribute to high-quality parts for aerospace, defense, and automation sectors.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork. You will inspect your own work, communicate with supervisors, and help sustain a culture of precision and continuous improvement in our state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities

• Deburring & Finishing - Remove burrs from machined metal parts using hand tools and air/power tools.
• Surface Enhancement - Polish, hone, and refine surfaces to meet exact finish requirements.
• Quality Inspection - Inspect your own work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Communication - Work closely with supervisors and team members to maintain workflow and quality.
• Attention to Detail - Perform precise visual inspections and maintain high standards.
