Mizuho in New York seeks a highly motivated analyst to join the Asset‑Backed Debt Syndicate team. You will help distribute and execute investment‑grade and asset‑backed securities offerings to institutional investors in a fast‑paced environment.

The role offers exposure to investment banking, capital markets, deal origination support, and cross‑functional collaboration with sales, trading, operations, compliance, and IT teams across the U.S. and cross‑border.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in origination of investment-grade and asset-backed mandates with market data and commentary.
• Support deal executions by preparing internal materials and liaising with sales.
• Coordinate with operations, settlements, sales, trading, compliance, and risk teams.
