Aventiqo is recruiting an attorney licensed to practice in Maryland to lead litigation in debt recovery matters. The role emphasizes independent caseload management, negotiation of settlements, and courtroom appearances with support from a skilled team.

The position offers professional autonomy, opportunities to handle cases across a defined region, and training for attorneys new to collections or debt recovery litigation. Mileage and travel expenses are reimbursed as needed.

Formación

• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Maryland.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze cases and negotiate effective settlements.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate and resolve pending litigation.
• Prepare, review, and file pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Attend hearings and trials within your assigned region (mileage and travel expenses reimbursed).
• Collaborate with staff and opposing counsel to achieve fair, efficient case resolutions.
