Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in student affairs, higher education, counseling, or a related field.
• Minimum seven years of progressively responsible student affairs experience.
• Substantial direct experience in at least two of: residential life, student conduct, student engagement, or Greek life administration.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with professional staff.
• Strong working knowledge of applicable laws and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for the Student Affairs division.
• Oversee Residential Life and staff, housing assignments, and student staff development.
• Administer Student Conduct with a fair, educational, and legally sound system.
• Lead Student Engagement and Greek Life activities and programs.
• Implement the college’s pluralism commitments across co-curricular activities.
• Oversee Student Wellbeing programs and coordinate with health and counseling services.
• Partner to manage student cases and crisis response with relevant teams.
• Liaise with parents and families to foster an informed community.
• Manage the Dean of Students Office, budget, and program assessment.
