Job summary

Galen College of Nursing seeks a Dean - School of Nursing to lead academic programs, partnerships, and governance across the campus. You will drive teaching excellence, faculty and student engagement, and successful outcomes in line with accreditation standards.

The role requires a graduate nursing degree (doctorate preferred) and a track record of leadership in higher education. Expect collaboration with hospital partners and a focus on student success.

Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Nursing is required; Doctorate in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Five years of progressive, senior-level experience in higher education preferred; teaching and clinical practice in nursing required.
• CNE or CNEcl certification preferred; licensure per State Board of Nursing requirements.
