Ridgewater College seeks a leader to provide leadership, supervision, and administration for instructional programs and related support staff on the Willmar and Hutchinson campuses across all instructional modalities.
The role requires a Master's degree in nursing, an active Minnesota RN license, and 3–5 years of nursing education experience, with demonstrated ability to teach at the college level, travel, and a valid driver's license.

Anticipated Hiring Wage: $98,457- $110,000 (dependent on experience and internal equity)

Salary/Compensation: $98,457 - $157,531 per year
In accordance with the Minnesota State Colleges & Universities (MnSCU) Vehicle Fleet Safety Program, employees driving on college/university business who use a rental or state vehicle shall be required to conform to MnSCUs vehicle use criteria and consent to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
