• Tenured professorship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing and articulating a vision and mission for the unit.
• Managing the budget and ensuring fiscal policy adherence.
• Overseeing personnel matters and evaluating staff.
• Serving as a liaison between university leadership and faculty.
• Promoting excellence in teaching, research, and service.
• Fostering external partnerships and regional/state/national engagement.
• Participating in development, advancement and fundraising.
