KIPP NYC College Prep High School seeks a Dean Assistant to support a structured, positive school culture. You will liaise with students, families, and staff, and assist with arrival procedures and behavior management under supervision of the Assistant Director of Students.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and readiness to grow into a Dean of Students or school operations role, with travel to NYC campuses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between students, families, and instructional staff.
• Assist with daily tasks: scanning, Yondr bags, dress code during arrival.
• Monitor spaces on campus and supervise lunch, transitions, and activities.
• Support with disciplinary processes per school policy.
• Attend weekly professional development sessions.
