The Opportunity

As a Deals - Valuation Intern, you will engage in the dynamic world of deal valuation, providing strategic advice and conducting due diligence to help clients make informed decisions and maximize value. Within our Advisory practice, you will be part of a team that guides clients towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today’s dynamic market. As an Intern, you will support teams by participating in projects, focusing on learning and gaining exposure to PwC’s practices. You will perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments, contributing reliably to the team’s success.

What You Must Have

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree
• Client service intern positions are entry-level and job seekers are traditionally either in their 3rd year of a 4 year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 year program. Client service interns typically join us during the winter/spring or summer prior to their intended graduation year

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
