Kendall Auto Mall in Nampa, ID is hiring a part-time Weekend Receptionist to join our dealership team. The role supports a fast-paced Sales department and requires strong customer service, time management, and communication skills.

Kendall Auto Mall in Nampa is hiring for a part-time weekends Receptionist to join our dealership team. At Kendall Auto Mall in Nampa, our Sales department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. We are looking for candidates who have high level customer service experience, those who can demonstrate time management, strong work ethics, and strong communication skills. Qualified candidates will have a work history showing strong customer service experience. The required schedule is from 9-5 Saturday and 10-5 Sunday.

Duties will include fielding all calls to the correct department, answering client questions, and taking messages as needed, greeting clients in person, and other front desk duties. Candidates must be comfortable on the phone; taking up to 30 calls per hour.

Working conditions are primarily indoors spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
