Job summary

Palmdale Kia in Palmdale, CA is hiring a Dealership Lot Porter to keep the lot organized and vehicles properly staged for sale. You will report to the Sales Managers and ensure presentation of inventory meets dealership standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid drivers license.
• Must have a valid drivers license and be eligible for shop insurance coverage (not an excluded driver).
• Bilingual is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all vehicles on the lot are properly staged and ready for sale.
• Move vehicles to designated areas on the lot as directed by management.
• Ensure that the lot is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Assist with the delivery and pickup of vehicles to and from the dealership.
• Help to load and unload vehicles for transport as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

As a Dealership Lot Porter you would ensure that the dealership's lot is organized and presentable, and that all vehicles are properly staged and ready for sale. This is a crucial role in our dealership, as the presentation and organization of our inventory can have a significant impact on sales. You will report to the Sales Managers.
