• Control all aspects of the Finance & Insurance (F&I) process, including completing applications, pulling credit scores, filling out sales contracts, determining payoff amounts, and performing title checks.
• Manage contracts‑in‑transit, funding, and digital menu selling.
• Act as a Finance and Insurance Manager, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain organized records and communicate effectively with co‑workers and customers.
