KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Leadership

• Oversee day‑to‑day workflow in wash and recon operations
• Prioritize tasks to ensure timely service completion and client satisfaction
• Enforce safety protocols, company policies, and compliance standards
• Maintain high‑quality standards through regular inspections and coaching

Team & Performance Management

• Supervise detail team members and hold them accountable for performance
• Drive productivity while promoting continuous improvement and development
• Manage labor costs and payroll to support departmental profitability
• Provide mentorship, training, and recognition to support employee growth

Client & Communication Management

• Act as a liaison between internal teams and dealership clients
• Promote strong client relationships through professional communication and service
• Navigate scheduling platforms and reporting tools to manage workflow
• Provide timely updates and resolve issues proactively

Facility & Financial Oversight

• Monitor wash quality and ensure every vehicle meets dealership standards before delivery.
• Coordinate vehicle flow to minimize bottlenecks and downtime in service operations.
• Perform start‑up, calibration, and shutdown procedures for all wash equipment.
• Participate in meetings, training, and company‑wide communication channels

QUALIFICATIONS:
