Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a Dealer Sales Representative to service existing customer accounts and identify growth opportunities within the Northern California to Bay Area market. This role reports to the Senior Regional Sales Manager and emphasizes relationship-building with retail store personnel and corporate decision makers to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Protective Marine Coatings or Industrial Coatings knowledge is highly sought after.
• Minimum education High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree in business strongly preferred.

• Prioritize/conduct dealer/end-user education and product information seminars.

The Dealer Sales Representative reporting to the Senior Regional Sales Manager services existing customer accounts and finds opportunities for growth within the sales territory. Through relationship management with retail store personnel, along with key decision makers at the corporate level offices, you will provide beneficial sales support that will help them grow their business with the Pittsburgh Paints Company. You will work in the Northern California to Bay Area state market.

Salary range is $80k-$100k plus bonus opportunities.
