Job summary

Fantasyspringsresort is seeking a Table Games Dealer to manage assigned card games in a lively casino setting. You will ensure wagers precede dealing, compute odds, and settle bets while maintaining an entertaining atmosphere for guests and colleagues.

The role requires strong customer service, ethics, and communication skills, with knowledge of chip colors and the no-peek device. Candidates must be 21+ and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Summary:

Deals assigned card games according to CBMI/Fantasy Springs Casino rules and regulations.

Ensures all wages are placed before cards are dealt. Computes payable odds for payable bets, pays winning bets and collects losing bets. Must maintain an entertaining and comfortable atmosphere while interacting with card players and co-workers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Exchanges paper currency for playing chips.
• Visually ensures that wagers are placed before cards are dealt.
• Shuffles and delivers playing cards according to established rules and procedures.
• Computes payable odds and commissions to pay winning bets.
• Pays winning bets and collects losing bets.
• Explains rules of games to guests in a courteous and professional manner.

• Previous work experience in Table Games as a Dealer. Dealer must be able to define color of chips, view/read the no peek devise and stand for at least 2 and a half hours.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
