Job summary

Stellantis offers a year‑round Student Program designed for students pursuing business, marketing or related fields. During the academic year, you’ll work remotely from within the United States, and onsite in summer at Stellantis HQ and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Some relocation assistance may be available. The Network Performance Intern will assist Regional Managers across centers, help with dealer network tracking, and support reporting functions, gaining hands‑on experience

Responsibilities

• Assist Regional Managers across multiple centers with implementation and management of the domestic dealer network.
• Prepare and support network activity packages for Regional Manager approval.
• Support network tracking and various reporting functions related to the domestic dealer network.
• Participate in additional special assignments as needed.

Job description

STUDENT PROGRAM FORMAT

This student program follows a format in which participants work remotely during the academic year (September through April) and onsite during the summer (May through August). Remote work must be performed from a location within the United States.

During the academic year, students who reside in the Metro Detroit area are highly encouraged to work onsite at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan, as their schedules permit.

During the academic year, students are expected to work 24 hours per week during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Students selected for the program will work with their manager to establish a consistent weekly schedule that fulfills the 24-hour requirement while accommodating their class schedule.

During the summer months (May through August), students are expected to work onsite at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Students may be required to relocate and may work up to 40 hours per week during this period, based on business needs and management discretion. Relocation assistance may be available to students who meet specific eligibility requirements.

Student program cohorts begin quarterly in January, April, June, and September. Students are intended to remain in the program through graduation.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS

The Network Performance Intern will be responsible for assisting Regional Managers, assigned to multiple business centers, with the implementation and management of the domestic dealer network. This role will operate as the liaison between business centers and headquarters to ensure network activity packages are prepared accurately prior to Regional Manager's approval. In addition, the Network Performance Intern will assist in network tracking, as well as support multiple reporting functions as they relate to the domestic dealer network. Various special assignments will also be assigned if needed.

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Communications, or related field
