Job summary

Nissan is seeking a Dealer & Field Training Analyst Intern to join our team in Franklin, TN. The role supports training across Aftersales, Technical, and Product & Sales Training to improve dealer performance and customer experience in a hands-on, corporate learning environment.

You will develop training materials, coordinate projects, analyze metrics, and help manage content on digital platforms while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to create clear, concise, engaging content.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation and recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Familiarity with learning management systems, content development tools, or AI productivity tools is a plus.
• GPA of 3.0 or above; ability to provide transcripts during the application process.
• Ability to perform work onsite in Franklin, TN.

Responsibilities

• Support development, maintenance, and enhancement of training materials, eLearning content, presentations, job aids, and facilitator guides.
• Assist with training operations by coordinating projects, tracking milestones, supporting content review cycles, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Analyze training metrics, participation data, and learner feedback to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support digital learning platforms through content testing, QA, learner experience improvements, and content management activities.
• Research emerging learning technologies and industry best practices to support strategic projects.
