Job summary

Dataminr is seeking an analyst to support the accounting organization in reviewing and approving customer deals. This role sits at the intersection of accounting, sales, finance, and legal, helping the team close deals efficiently while ensuring that documentation aligns with policy.

You will review contracts, route deals through CRM workflows, and support quarter-end close by expediting in-flight deals, while identifying policy improvements to reduce bottlenecks and errors.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, accounting/finance or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of quote-to-cash processes, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP (e.g., NetSuite).
  • Strong analytical skills, with comfort reviewing all deal related documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of deals under tight deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain and enforce policy.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Own opportunity close/won turnaround time, proactively flagging bottlenecks and escalating exceptions.

  • Identify recurring deal documentation issues and recommend process or policy improvements.
  • Maintain accurate deal records and reporting in the CRM systems.

You will also be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus and Company equity.
