Responsibilities
Support end-to-end deal execution, including preparation and review of deal documents, approvals, and closing checklists.
Coordinate internal and external parties involved in transactions, such as legal, finance, and counterparties.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all deal-related activities.
Maintain deal tracking systems, dashboards, and workflow reports.
Assist with P&L, cash flow, and transaction impact tracking for executed deals.
Identify process inefficiencies, workflow gaps, or potential risks and propose solutions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reports on deal activity for management and investment teams.
Support post-closing tasks, including documentation filing, audit support, and reconciliation.
