Job summary

Career Launch AI is seeking a Deal Support Associate in New York to support investment transactions from evaluation through closing. You will build and review financial models, prepare analyses, and coordinate diligence with internal teams and external advisors.

You’ll manage deal data rooms, track milestones, and draft investment memos while seeking process improvements. A finance or business degree and 2–5 years in investment banking, PE, or related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, corporate development, or deal-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, valuation, and transaction structures.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
• High attention to detail with strong project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end deal execution, including diligence, approvals, closing, and post-close processes.
• Build, review, and maintain financial models, transaction analyses, and deal materials.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts across internal teams and external advisors.
• Manage data rooms, deal trackers, timelines, and transaction documentation.
• Prepare investment committee presentations, memos, and executive summaries.
• Monitor deal milestones, risks, and outstanding items to ensure timely execution.
• Support negotiation processes through analysis and scenario evaluation.
• Assist with post-transaction integration, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Identify process improvements to enhance deal execution efficiency and accuracy.
