Job summary

RSM US LLP in Chicago seeks a Director of Deal Analytics to lead the end-to-end data analytics for mergers and acquisitions, providing strategic insights to support deal evaluation, financial reporting, and operational decision-making.

You will collaborate with deal teams to analyze complex datasets using SQL and Tableau, build financial models, mentor engagement teams, and help grow advisory capabilities with clients across private equity and corporate key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing complex engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics for mergers & acquisitions across buy-side and sell-side engagements.
• Develop and deliver engagement approaches that meet client objectives and drive high-quality outcomes.
• Provide strategic insight to clients related to transaction evaluation, execution, and value creation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engagement teams while fostering collaboration.
• Support business development efforts and enhance go-to-market strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across private equity and corporate clients.
