Qualifications

• Valid Georgia teaching certificate in Deaf Education or eligibility with GaPSC provisional certification in DHH
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• ASL proficiency
• Strong knowledge of AKS, instructional practices, technology, diagnostic assessment, IDEIA, and differentiated instruction
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, collaboration, classroom management, and building relationships with students, parents, administrators, colleagues, and other stakeholders
