The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Power BI and SAP, and the ability to manage budgets and partnerships. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing, campaign management, marketing analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with Power BI, SAP, Excel or similar tools.
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid media, direct mail, digital acquisition).
• Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and influence decisions.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize De Novo marketing campaigns across channel partners to drive profitable growth.
• Support De Novo openings and post-open office performance to meet ramp goals.
• Serve as liaison between agency partners and internal stakeholders for campaign execution.
• Lead planning, testing, and optimization across channels to identify best acquisition strategies.
• Partner with agencies to manage performance, budgeting, and spend efficiency.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and growth opportunities for office performance.
• Leverage Power BI, SAP and other tools to track performance and spend.
• Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations, DNI, Finance, Analytics and Partners to align marketing with performance goals.
• Assist onboarding of new marketing partners and channels.
