Takeda is seeking an experienced DD&T US Medical Device Investigation Analyst to lead and document investigations of software-driven medical devices used in U.S. PDT and BioLife operations.

The DD&T US Medical Device Investigation Analyst, reporting to the Plasma-Derived Therapies (PDT) DD&T Operations Lead, is responsible for leading, coordinating, and documenting investigations related to Takeda-developed and owned software and connected medical devices used within U.S. PDT and BioLife operations. This role ensures that device-related complaints, incidents, and quality events are investigated in a timely, compliant, and inspection-ready manner in accordance with FDA Quality System Regulations and Medical Device Reporting (MDR) requirements.
Working closely with DD&T, Quality, Medical Affairs, and Operations, the analyst identifies root causes, assesses potential patient and donor risk, and ensures appropriate linkage to MDRs, deviations, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across the PDT and BioLife network.

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position.
