Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Worcester, MA seeks a dedicated Residential Counselor to support adults with developmental and intellectual challenges in a group home setting. You will provide guidance, daily living assistance, and person-centered care to help residents live as independently as possible.

  • Implement all procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals and general cleanliness and safety of the physical site.

Through implementing procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals, counselors ensure individuals are living a healthy, productive, and independent life. Counselors are strong advocates for individuals served, believe in the power of community, and acknowledge the importance of community integration!
