Leidos is seeking a seasoned DDI Architect to lead the architecture, design, and lifecycle management of DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management services for NASA‑scale environments. You will drive secure name resolution, DNSSEC signing, and zero-trust controls across enterprise networks.

The role requires expertise in NIST SP 800‑53/800‑81r3, PDNS integration, and coordination with Root Server Operators like E‑root. Strong collaboration with engineering and operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience designing and operating enterprise DNS/DHCP/IPAM (DDI) services.
• Hands‑on experience implementing NIST SP 800‑81r3 protective DNS and encrypted DNS (DoT/DoH/DoQ).
• Experience with CISA Encrypted DNS Guidance and PDNS integration; prevent unauthorized DNS traffic.
• Familiarity with BOD 18‑01/22‑01/23‑01/23‑02 and Zero Trust controls for management interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise DDI architecture and ensure DNSSEC signing and DS management.
• Operationalize NIST 800‑81r3 guidance across authoritative servers and resolvers.
• Ensure compliance with CISA PDNS and Zero Trust policies across DNS infrastructure.
• Coordinate with Root Server Operator activities and .gov DNSSEC secure delegation.
• Govern IPv4/IPv6 address governance and IPAM policy aligned with ARIN.
