MONTALBA ARCHITECTS

We are currently seeking an individual with 4-8 years of full-time experience working in an architectural office to join our team in Los Angeles or in New York City as a DD/CD Documentation Lead.

Candidates for this position:

• Are passionate about crafting thorough DD & CD drawing sets - including the resolution of sophisticated custom detailing, and the coordination of consultants & building systems.




• Have experience developing two or more complete DD / CD drawing sets.




• Demonstrate a thoughtful design process with an ability to work towards design-forward solutions.




• Have strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Revit is a plus.




• Share our fundamental values for design and understand the importance of personal motivation & development in the collective growth of the office.




• Can develop detailed, complex, and organized 3D models. Experience with D5 rendering is a plus.



• Hold a B.Arch. or M.Arch., followed by 4-8 years experience in an architectural office.



• Experience with coordinating AIA 2030 Commitment efforts is a plus.
