Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking caring Home Health Aides to support clients in their homes. You will perform personal care, provide companionship, and assist with daily living activities under a nurse’s plan of care.

We offer training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a supportive team environment that emphasizes compassionate, reliable care. Travel to client homes is required, with opportunities to grow within the BAYADA network.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care per written plan of care.

• Assist with ambulation and transfers using appropriate devices.
• Provide medication reminders as prescribed.

We are currently recruiting for a Home Health Aide (HHA), Direct Care Workers (DCW), Personal Care Aides (PCA) and Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to reliably serve patients in Media PA in BAYADA’s ACSP Division.

What you’ll do:

• Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, you’ll provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.

As a BAYADA HHA, you’ll have the opportunity to develop close relationships with your clients while you help them with:

• Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Range of motion/exercises
• Assisting with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)
• Medication reminders
