Job summary

Sirius Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Process Control Engineer on-site in Greensboro, NC, to support the plant's DCS network and process control systems. Qualified candidates have a B.S. in Chemical or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years in a chemical manufacturing or industrial setting,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or electrical engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or industrial process environment.
Hands-on experience programming, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting DCS and/or industrial process control systems.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and optimize the plant DCS network to maximize production efficiency and reliability.
Configure and maintain process control systems to meet quality specs.
Troubleshoot control system issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with Maintenance to diagnose instrumentation problems.
Develop and optimize plant operating logic to improve performance and efficiency.
