CF Industries is seeking a DCS Specialist to manage and maintain the Distributed Control Systems across CF Louisiana Region. You will configure and tune DCS for stable operations, monitor performance, manage software licensing, and coordinate with technicians.
The role requires training on new systems, budget input, and periodic travel, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, TWIC, and experience with E&I proficiency or operator

Maintenance
The DCS Specialist must manage and maintain CF Louisiana Region’s Distributed Control Systems (DCS). Configure DCS as required to enhance plant operation stability, production, efficiency, and/or new instillations. Monitor and tune DCS for peak performance. Maintain software inventory and licensing documentation. Coordinate activities with other DCS Specialists as required. Prepare and implement training on new and existing systems. Prepare and submit budget requests to DCS Administrator Supervisor. Install software and upgrades.
Understands and complies with established departmental processes and procedures designed to support internal controls efforts. Identifies and brings to the attention of department management internal controls deficiencies.
