This role supports DCL’s import and export activities within the Trade Operations team under Trade Management, part of Disney’s Parks Product Development and Retail division. The position focuses on ensuring compliance with all applicable customs and international trade regulations across global shipping transactions, particularly new ship building operations and loading and off‑loading merchandise and provisions from the ship’s itinerary. The DCL Compliance Analyst is also responsible for export tariff classifications and Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCNs). The role supports the Manager with daily operations tasks and the management of customs‑related matters, including coordination with Partner Government Agencies (PGAs).
The hiring range for this position in Florida is $68,600 - $91,900 per year. The base pay will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
