Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Coxsackie, NY is seeking a 3rd Shift Receiver/Inbound Dock Associate for our distribution center. The role focuses on safe, accurate, and dependable work, with a start time at 10:00 PM from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include operating powered industrial equipment, picking, sorting, staging, storing, and transporting product using RF scanners or voice systems, while maintaining inventory integrity. Starting pay is $23.50 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Warehouse or receiving experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Overtime availability as needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Familiarity with RF scanners or voice systems is a plus.
• Adherence to safety policies and PPE requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment per OSHA and Ferguson procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product.
• Use RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor systems for daily tasks.
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product quality and safety while following SOPs.
• Communicate effectively within a team and keep workspace clean and safe.
• Adhere to PPE and fall-protection requirements when needed.
• Participate in team meetings and report concerns or improvements.
• Follow all company policies and perform other duties as assigned.

This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience who take pride in safe, accurate, and dependable work. ## **Schedule** **3rd Shift Schedule:** Monday–Friday, with a **10:00 PM Start Time** ## **Pay and Benefits** * **Starting Pay: $23.50 per hour*** Hourly or Incentive Bonus* Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification (training provided)* Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, plus FSA/HSA, Disability, and Life insurance (eligible after 30 days)* 401(K) Retirement Savings Plan with company match* Paid Time Off, including Vacation, Sick Time, Holidays, Parental Leave, and Wellness* Product Discounts, and more ## **Qualifications** * **Ability to work overtime** including extended hours as needed based on business demands* Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred* Experience operating **powered industrial equipment** (stand‐up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred* Ability to safely perform **physically demanding work** in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to **50 lbs**, standing/walking for extended periods, working at heights up to **30 feet**, and performing repetitive movements (bending, twisting, reaching)* Experience with, or readiness to learn, warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems* **Regular and reliable attendance** and ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Commitment to following all **safety policies and PPE requirements** ## **Responsibilities** * Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures* Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations* Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems* Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity* Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following all established standard operating procedures for assigned task areas* Communicate effectively with team members and support a team‐oriented work environment* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts* Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and fall‐protection equipment when required* Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management* Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements* Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre‐employment drug screening and background check.
