Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in a high-volume distribution environment with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with employee engagement, mentoring/coaching and development initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; WMS experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Position OverviewAs the Distribution Center (DC) Area Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of warehouse operations, while leading a team of Distribution Center Associates in efficiently and effectively executing shipping / receiving responsibilities safely, productively and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
